Here we are at our standard plan path holding onto our philosophy of unique total Homes. We are now at the stepping stone stage where the home starts becoming really a Home Gallery home.

Here we introduce our clients to the color theming process using the concepts done at the DC stage. We now outline the basic color choices and how they will relate with the SMF of JCW i.e. veneers, wall papers and paints.

This is the stage where we introduce you to the Color Combination Ratio (CCR) and Pattern Combination Ratio (PCR) process.
